REPORTS TO: Youth Activities Supervisor

SCHEDULE: Part-time, year-round

COMPENSATION: $17-$19; based on experience

Burning Tree Country Club is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Youth Activities Assistant to support our youth programming and help create fun, safe, and engaging experiences for children and families.

This role plays an important part in delivering high-quality youth activities through consistent supervision, positive engagement, and collaborative teamwork. The Youth Activities Assistant serves as a role model for children—demonstrating professionalism, authenticity, and care in every interaction.

As a Youth Activities Assistant, you will help shape positive, memorable experiences that support children’s confidence, creativity, and development.

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing youth activities and events
  • Supervise children during programs, ensuring safety and positive engagement
  • Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere by engaging with children and parents.
  • Maintain a positive and energetic demeanor to encourage participation.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the smooth execution of programs and events.
  • Adapt activities and approaches based on the needs and interests of the children.
  • Communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents; addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Demonstrate consistent professionalism and reliability
  • Maintain an energetic, friendly, and approachable presence

  • Club-branded polo or approved uniform shirt

  • Clean, neat, and appropriate for active programming
