Burning Tree Country Club is seeking energetic, professional, and service-driven Seasonal Poolside Cocktail Servers to join our summer team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service in a fast-paced, outdoor poolside environment.
As a Poolside Cocktail Server, you will provide attentive, efficient, and engaging service to Members and guests, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience throughout their time at the pool. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic hospitality setting.
Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Have prior food and beverage or hospitality experience (preferred)
As a Poolside Cocktail Server, you help create a fun, relaxed, and elevated Member experience.
The Essentials (Core Responsibilities)
• Provide prompt, attentive food and beverage service to Members and guests at the pool
• Take accurate orders and deliver items efficiently • Maintain strong knowledge of menu offerings, including beverages and cocktails
• Ensure all transactions are processed accurately through the POS system
• Monitor tables and anticipate Member needs throughout service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and poolside sections
• Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines
• Communicate effectively with bartenders, kitchen staff, and management
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including side work and restocking

Education & Experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous food and beverage or hospitality experience preferred
Skills & Competencies
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Ability to operate POS systems (training provided if needed)
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Communication Skills
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented demeanor
• Ability to engage with Members in a professional and approachable manner
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to carry trays and lift items up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to move quickly and safely in a poolside environment
